The Seabourn College is a comprehensive three week training programme for new hired crew in the Restaurant, Pursers, Housekeeping and Culinary departments.

The training is centred on both practical and theoretical elements. The first week will cover compulsory safety, environmental and health training as well as being introduced to the Seabourn culture onboard.
On the second week, trainees will be introduced to the Seabourn standards in their relevant department with a series of theoretical and practical training. Each trainee will be shadowing an experience crew member of their respective teams through all aspect of the profession in all outlets.
In week three, the trainees will gradually take part in all activities as a team member and will gain more involvement. The performance of the trainees will be assessed on a weekly basis by their Head of Department and the Learning & Development.
By the end of the college programme, the trainees will graduate and will commence their journey within the Seabourn Family.
