Careers with Seabourn
Start one of our entry level jobs at sea, and your position will normally involve you working at sea for four months, followed by two months off. This will depend on the cruise itinerary of your vessel.
Skills and experience
Ideally, you’ll have a recognised, relevant diploma (or equivalent), along with hotel experience or a background that includes jobs at sea. Ideally, you will have worked in a four or five star environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is also required for all our positions.
