Hi my name is Iulian, I am Assistant Maitre D'Hotel and have been here for 4 and a half years. I come from Romania from Budapest and I have found that Seabourn is one of the best places to be.

What Seabourn actually offers to our guests is a high standard, so reflecting you as an employee to develop yourself. Everyday you learn something, so it makes your day go really fast. First of all you start as a runner and after that you move to different positions, depends what you choose and what you like. I moved on quickly to the room service department, I really enjoyed what I was doing, something different. It was a short time in the room service department and then I moved on to become the Assistant Maitre D'Hotel and that was very quick.

On Seabourn, I will say your career never stops because there are always new opportunities. Very soon we are going to have new ships coming - one new project is called the Odyssey and I am looking forward to finding new positions and to try something new.
